Refunds & Cancellations
Fair, clear rules for cancellations — and exactly how long a refund takes to reach your bank account.
Solar site assessment bookings (₹999)
You may cancel for a full refund any time before the scheduled site visit, and one free rescheduling is always available. Once the site visit has been completed, the assessment fee is non-refundable.
Equipment leasing booking deposits (₹5,000)
Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled dispatch for a full refund. For cancellations within 48 hours of dispatch, the deposit may be adjusted against mobilisation costs already incurred and the remaining balance is refunded.
Material & EPC orders
Custom-fabricated or cut-to-size items — such as module mounting structures, cut cable lengths and assembled walkway or lifeline systems — cannot be refunded once fabrication begins. Unused standard items in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery, with return transport arranged by the buyer. Project EPC cancellations follow the milestones in the signed proposal.
How refunds are processed
Once a cancellation is approved, we initiate the refund within 2 working days through Razorpay. The amount is credited back to your original payment method or bank account within 5–7 working days of initiation, depending on your bank. We confirm every refund by phone or email with its reference number.
