Shipping & Delivery Policy
When your materials move, how long it takes — minimum and maximum — and what to expect at delivery.
What we deliver
This policy covers physical solar BOS products such as walkways, lifelines, solar cables, MC4 connectors, cable trays and module mounting structures, supplied across India and Nepal. Services such as site assessments, EPC installations and equipment leasing are performed at your site and are not shipped.
Dispatch timelines
Stock items are dispatched in a minimum of 3–5 working days from order confirmation. Project lots and custom-fabricated items such as module mounting structures take a maximum of 15–21 working days to dispatch. Your confirmed order always states its dispatch window.
Delivery timelines
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days to metro cities and 4–8 working days to other locations in India; Nepal and cross-border project deliveries follow the logistics plan shared with your order. The maximum end-to-end timeline for any order is 29 working days.
Charges & inspection
Transport is arranged per order and charged as stated in your quotation. Please inspect materials on receipt — any transit damage or shortage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
